Founded in 1954 by Charlie Wright, A&W – these days a subsidiary of Superior Energy Services – has grown from having one drilling rig and three trucks to boast a fleet of more than 200 trucks, 3000 frac tanks and 600 employees.

A&W president – and son of founder Charlie – Gary Wright said the staff had made the company what it was today.

“Employees of the past set the path for 60 years of success and employees of the present and future will continue to expand that path, and grow A&W Services well into the future,” he said.

A&W is in Colorado and Wyoming and provides basin-specific water management expertise throughout the lifecycle of a well.

It offers the region water-hauling and sourcing, manifold pumping and transfer, storage pool rental, pipe trailer rental, flowback tank rental and containment services.
