The application achieved SAP xApps certification after Runge joined SAP's industry value network (IVN) for mining in May this year.

"Runge achieved SAP certified integration by demonstrating that xSTMS meets all of the technical and business criteria established by SAP," Runge CEO Tony Kinnane said.

The industry value network for mining includes representatives of the Industry Advisory Council for Mining, comprising leading global companies.

The IVN members intend to evaluate new composite solutions and integration scenarios in the areas of mining operations management, enterprise asset management and operational compliance.
