The $24 million purpose-built facility is home to DBT’s new national headquarters and incorporates a customer service centre and a manufacturing centre for new longwall, diesel and development equipment.

Built on 5.5-hectare site, the complex is part of Freeway Business Park and was officially opened today by NSW Infrastructure Minister Michael Costa.

The site is intended to improve efficiency and access for customers and staff and there is enough extra land to build a further two workshop bays.

DBT also has a second facility in Mackay, Queensland.
