RESPECTED and long-time legal advocate for the coal industry, Henry (Hank) McConnell Ingram, died...

Ingram, 64, was managing counsel of the Pittsburgh office of Dinsmore & Shohl, LLP.

Over his lifetime he held many distinguished roles including general counsel of the Pennsylvania Coal Association; past chair of the Environmental and Natural Resources Section of the Pennsylvania Bar Association; a trustee of the Energy and Mineral Law Foundation; a member of the Advisory Committee of the Pennsylvania Wetlands Protection Agency; and a member of the Board of Directors of the Pennsylvania Landowners Association.

He was also named Distinguished Coal Lawyer in 1993 by the National Coal Association.
