The formal release has been set for next month.

“For nearly a decade, Dingo’s Trakka software tool has provided its customers with the knowledge they need to make informed maintenance decisions,” officials said.

“The new Condition Intelligence module represents a leap forward in performance, usability, functionality and value for the end user by enabling streamlined and automatic diagnostics of asset condition through the use of rules-based analysis.”

At the center of the new release module is a “rules engine” designed to react to event patterns and incoming data to initiate workflow recommendations, or put into action a series of maintenance tasks to address an abnormal equipment condition.

The rules have been developed to work in tandem with the existing workflow management capabilities of Trakka, and together have applications for any time-series data across multiple industries.

“Trakka’s Condition Intelligence module will save labor hours in analysis and will streamline the customer’s workflow management processes,” the company said, noting the rapidly growing sectors of mining, energy and rail would particularly benefit.

“[It] will free up analytical resources to concentrate on critical issues, as well as empower users to make informed maintenance decisions. The Condition Intelligence module will allow for an automated and more seamless workflow process.”

Privately held Dingo is headquartered in Brisbane, Australia, and has offices in the US and Canada.
