According to state legal journal the West Virginia Record on Thursday, White Armature Works filed its complaint in Logan Circuit Court against Black River Coal on December 23.

In the complaint, White said it provided more than $US30,000 in services and goods related to electronic motors to the company but had not been paid.

The plaintiff in the case, formally filed as Logan Circuit Court Case No, 13C333, is seeking payment as well as interest and attorney fees.

White is being represented by attorneys Bailes, Craig & Yon.
