The feature is controlled by the software that regulates the flash intensity depending on the ambient light available.

Additionally, the iCAM501 Ultra has a high performance lens that, allied to the image analysis software, provides improved picture quality and overall camera performance.

The date stamp feature provides useful chronological information when reviewing pictures.

The camera also comes with a removable rubber casing.
