Set for September 17–19 at the Sheraton Reston Hotel on Sunrise Valley Drive in Reston, the gathering will again be open to the public and will commence at 9am local time.

The agenda for the Reston meeting will include a delivery of the committee’s recommendations to the panel and discussion, the panel’s deliberation on the recommendations and subsequent voting, and the preparation of the panel's report.

One item that will differ for this final gathering will be the process of public input. Written comment will be accepted by MSHA up until August 15, at which time the panel will review it, but no comments can be accepted or heard onsite.
