According to CFS, the JN125 Receiver is suitable for use with dump trucks, smaller excavators, dozers, drill rigs, bulk diesel storage, and service trucks, and is compatible with its Wiggins Fast Fill ZZ9A1 nozzle. Able to fill diesel tanks at rates of up to 450 litres per minute, the JN125 is externally attached to a diesel tank for direct filling. Remote connection to the diesel tank is also possible.
The VR300 is a fast fuelling system which has been designed for machinery with larger diesel tanks. “The system is up to three times faster than alternative fast fuelling systems filling diesel tanks at a rate of up to 1100 litres per minute,” CFS said.
“As the JN125 and VR300 system are externally attached the need for the diesel tank to be put under pressure is eliminated. This removes the issue of cracking which commonly occurs with the standard pressurised tank shut-off method employed by original fuelling systems.”
Both the JN125 and the VR300 systems are fitted with a “level jet sensor” which automatically cuts off the diesel flow once the fuel has reached the correct level, removing any risk of overfilling.
