Asia Pulse reported the deal, discussed at the India China Working Group on Coal, covered the supply and operation of longwall mining face on risk-gain sharing basis at Moonidh mine at Dhanbad.

The Chinese party also planned to submit a proposal for working Jhanjra mine of Eastern Coalfields at Asansol.

The two sides also agreed to study safety practices in two countries and desired cooperation in this area with a view to improve safety performance in their mines, Asia Pulse said.
