In Rockwell Automation’s most recent Global Voices Survey, employees ranked the company’s culture of ethics, responsibility and accountability among its strongest drivers of employee engagement.

Rockwell Automation leaders also ranked the importance of ethics and compliance higher than nearly all of the 175 other companies surveyed.

The world's most ethical company assessment is based upon the Ethisphere Institute’s ethics quotient framework.

Scores are generated in five categories: ethics and compliance program (25%); reputation, leadership and innovation (20%); governance (10%); corporate citizenship and responsibility (25%); and culture of ethics (20%).
