It is extending its pending private offer to exchange 6.25% trust certificates due 2021 and a cash payment for any and all of its outstanding 7.25% senior notes due 2020 and pending concurrent private offer to exchange trust certificates, 8% senior secured notes due 2022 and 12% senior secured second lien notes due 2023 for its outstanding 7% senior notes due 2019, 9.875% senior notes due 2019, 7.25% and senior notes due 2021.
