ECO Spray Systems measures a range of factors including road material, geometry and vehicle speed to deliver accurate and appropriate water coverage for any given set of conditions. The digital control system is able to be linked to workshop facilities via wireless connection allowing remote monitoring and adjustment as required.
The system finally gives operators the capacity to manage precise water coverage to haul roads, reducing the costs and dangers of incorrect watering.
On sites where water typically costs approximately $2000 per mega litre, using the ECO Spray Premium a fleet of five trucks operating 18 hours per day can save 4 million litres of water per day, or 1.4 billion litres per year -- a monetary saving of $2.9million, according to the company.
