Janelle Moody has been appointed company secretary to replace him.
Moody has extensive legal experience, specifically in the area of corporate and commercial matters in the mining industry.
Most recently she has been running her own legal practice, and has previously been a Partner in the law firm McCullough Robertson.
“The company thanks Justin for his service to the company over the last five years,” it said in a statement.
