Davies is an expert in the mining and energy sectors, with particular focus on acquisitions, disposals, new projects, joint ventures, supply, transport, infrastructure and operational arrangements.

“The landscape across the energy and resources industry continues to change,” she said.

“This brings significant challenges for corporates, investment funds, and governments to adapt and capture opportunities.”

Davies was the inaugural winner of the energy and resource lawyer organization AMPLA’s Excellence Award, for an Australian lawyer demonstrating high achievement, commitment and international expertise in Energy and Resources law.

She has returned to Perth, having been based in New York, London, and Sydney over the past decade.
