On Monday Longwall News reported Williams would replace current chairman Bob Cameron. Cameron, Centennial Coal’s managing director, will in fact stay on as chairman.
Cameron said Dr William's extensive senior management experience in the mining and extractive industries, both in Australia and internationally, would bring additional strategic and commercial talent to the Council's team.
