Company sales and marketing director Brad Lewis said what began as a small update gained steam quickly:

“The objective from the onset was to create a site that was of maximum value to our customers. As the project started to unfold, it started to grow because I began tracking all the questions that our customers were asking us, which resulted in a bigger project.”

The entirely recreated site, www.addcarsystem.com, went live September 27 and features resources such as product specifications, mine plan development assistance, frequently asked questions and trade journal articles.

Lewis said it will also serve as the main platform to alert the industry of ADDCAR’s news and product releases.

Through all of the new features, Lewis said the company hopes to offer resources to keep its hold as a “trusted highwall mining information centre for the coal industry”
