A 20-year veteran of Fluor, Koumouris was previously its vice-president of global operations, vice-president of South America operations as well as the line’s global sales lead. He also was operations manager for the Texas outfit.

“Rick has been a leader in the Mining and Metals organisation for many years, working in many different roles and living on all of the continents where we do business,” said the company’s industrial and infrastructure group president Dwayne Wilson.

“This promotion represents years of hard work on behalf of Fluor clients and provides the continuity of leadership in our business to ensure we continue to serve their needs well.”
