This latest deal is Industrea’s second major contract with the Chinese coal miner this month.
Last week Industrea secured a $25 million contract to provide 17 Industrea Mining Equipment (IME) heavy longwall roof support carriers to Shenhua’s Shendong mine, the largest coal mine in China.
Industrea chief executive Rob Levison said the latest contract brought Industrea’s total value of contracts secured since June this year to $A55 million.
He said the weakness in the global financial market had not impacted on demand for the company’s products.
“This strong pipeline of contracts reinforces Industrea’s reputation as a trusted name in the Chinese mining industry where demand for our products remains robust,” Levison said.
“Demand remains strong and Industrea remains on target to meet its existing guidance of revenues in the range of $300 million to $350 million and adjusted net profit after tax in the range of $55 million to $60 million.”
