Bengalla and Mach peace over Environment Court dispute

MACH Energy Australia and Bengalla Mining Company have settled their legal dispute, which started in April 2017 when Bengalla took Mach to the New South Wales Land and Environment Court over disputed land access and rail infrastructure in the Hunter Valley.
