NUCOAL Resources’ share price has soared more than 30% since former New South Wales Resources Minister Ian Macdonald and union ally John Maitland had their conviction quashed over the alleged illegal granting of an exploration licence for the Doyles Creek coal project – which was NuCoal’s major asset.
