Appeal date fixed for White Energy in Singapore Court

A HEARING date of July 10 has been set by the Singapore Court of Appeal in which PT Bayan Resources and Bayan International will appeal against the decision of the Singapore International Commercial Court in relation to their KSC joint venture with White Energy subsidiaries.
