WICET appeals judgement on New Hope subsidiaries

WIGGINS Island Coal Export Terminal has filed an appeal with the Court of Appeal in New South Wales in relation to a Supreme Court decision that found New Hope Coal was not liable for the debt owed by its subsidiary companies.
