White subsidiaries expect US$153M in litigation payout

THE total value of the claim by White Energy subsidiaries BCBC Singapore and Binderless Coal Company against PT Bayan Resources in connection with the KSC joint venture has been estimated to amount to US$153 million plus interest and costs.
