WICET seeks High Court appeal against New Hope subsidiary decision

WIGGINS Island Coal Export Terminal is seeking leave to appeal to the High Court a judgement by the New South Wales Court of Appeal that determined New Hope Coal did not have to guarantee the debts of two of its subsidiaries – Northern Energy Corporation and Colton Coal.
