Eagle Downs decision by end of 2020

SOUTH32 has completed the remaining coal quality drilling at its Eagle Downs metallurgical coal project in Queensland, with the interpretation of those results supporting its ongoing feasibility study work.

Subject to the outcome of the feasibility study and requisite approvals, South32 intends to construct a multi-seam underground longwall metallurgical coal mine at Eagle Downs.
