Rolleston royalty legal dispute could see CCA $80.6M out of pocket

COCA-Cola Amatil subsidiary Associated Products & Distribution may have to repay $80.6 million that Glencore “mistakenly paid” it as a consequence of a complex legal case being brought against the Queensland government about the ownership of land around the mining’s company’s Rolleston mine.
