Qld can rely on coal in the long term: study

THE Queensland Treasury’s Study of Long-Term Global Coal Demand confirms international demand, particularly in key export markets of China, India, Japan and Korea, will support the state’s mining industry over coming decades, according to Queensland treasurer Cameron Dick.
