White Energy stunned by Singapore court decision

WHITE Energy has been left stunned after the Singapore International Commercial Court surprisingly dismissed its claim for damages for wasted expenditure in its long-running court case against the Indonesian Bayan Resources group over the failed KSC joint venture.

The decision was made not to award damages despite the SICC finding in favour of White Energy subsidiary BCBCS on most of the issues for determination.
