MINING services company Thiess has not just been talking the talk when it comes to reconciliation, it has been walking the walk too, hand-in-hand with the Clontarf Foundation, giving young Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander men opportunities for work experience, traineeships and apprenticeships.

Thiess has worked with Clontarf since 2018.

The foundation started in Perth in 2000 as a single academy for 25 students, with two staff members, including founder and current CEO Gerard Neesham.
