Stanmore wraps up BMC buy

STANMORE Resources has completed its US$1.35 billion acquisition of the BHP Mitsui coal assets, including the South Walker Creek and Poitrel metallurgical coal mines in Queensland.

The completion of the transaction marked an important milestone in the company’s history.
