Metarock dispute with Sojitz over Crinum intensifies

METAROCK has lodged a notice of dispute with a subsidiary of Sojitz Corporation as provided for under the terms of the Gregory Crinum contract between Metarock and Sojitz.

Sojitz has also foreshadowed a claim against Metarock for loss and damage.
