BRISBANE businessman Denis Reinhardt has slammed the Queensland government for “expropriating” his Baal Gammon copper mine, a move he says is part of the Labor government’s “green agenda”.

The Department of Environment and Science issued Reinhardt, as the copper mine's operator, a notice on March 15 informing him the department proposed to cancel the mine's environmental authority.
