Gladstone Port's indigenous plan

A reconciliation plan committing to increased employment targets for Indigenous people would not have happened if the Gladstone Ports Corporation had been privatised, Minister for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Partnerships Curtis Pitt has said.
