Gas deal done

WESTERN Australia’s largest gas storage facility, which counts CITIC Pacific as a foundation customer, is expected to be operational by June after an agreement was signed between the WA government and DDG Tubridgi.

The Tubridgi facility could be back in action, this time working as a gas storage facility.

The facility, which is expected to cost $69 million to build, will use Duet Group’s depleted Tubridgi onshore gas reservoir about 30km from Onslow in the state’s northwest.
