HEAVY rare earths producer Northern Minerals has been buoyed by the news Western Australia’s government has earmarked $51 million in the 2019-20 state budgets to fix two roads in the far northeast Kimberley region that are usually forced to close each year in the wet season.

Ringer Soak residents will benefit from road upgrades

The $51 million road upgrade promise is part of the state's greater $684.9 million spending commitment, which is jointly funded by the federal government, to fix some of regional WA's worst roads.
