Down the iron road

TALKS are continuing in South Australia between the state government and Iron Road to thrash out the details of the $167 million Stage I Cape Hardy port development, Iron Road’s highly anticipated proposal for a deep water bulk commodity port and associated infrastructure at Cape Hardy on the Eyre Peninsula to support the Central Eyre iron project.

The multi-user and multi-commodity port has strong community backing in the region due to the inclusion of a grain terminal, which will cut supply chain and freight costs for local farmers and growers....
