FMG upping port throughput

FORTESCUE Metals Group has been given the green light to increase throughput at its Port Hedland shipping berths in Western Australia from 175 million tonnes per annum to 210Mtpa.

The throughput increase will make use of FMG's existing three ship loaders and five berths.
