MinRes, Albemarle swap and change lithium asset ownership

MINERAL Resources is to hand over an initial $512.13 million to joint venture partner Albemarle, to restructure ownership of the Wodgina lithium mine and Kemerton lithium hydroxide plant in Western Australia, in one of two separate transactions.
