Dalrymple Bay gets NECAPed

DALRYMPLE Bay Infrastructure is going ahead with the design and construction of a shiploader and reclaimer to replace existing machinery under its Non-Expansionary Capital, or NECAP, expenditure program at Dalrymple Bay Terminal.
