Kaiser salutes NQ vanadium plan

RICHMOND Vanadium Technology can start drafting an environmental impact statement for its proposed $242.2 million Richmond-Julia Creek vanadium project in North West Queensland, following finalisation of the EIS’ terms of reference by Queensland coordinator-general Mike Kaiser.
