Fyles backs Middle Arm plant

A LITHIUM ferro phosphate battery cathode manufacturing plant planned for the Northern Territory is a step closer following the signing of a license and technology transfer agreement between Avenira and Taiwan technology partner Aleees in Darwin, in front of NT chief minister Natasha Fyles.

The plant will provide more than 500 jobs during construction and 100 during operations and generate up to $1.5 billion annually for the Northern Territory economy, its proponents claim.
