Worker dies after Roy Hill incident

A 64 year old employee of NRW Holdings subsidiary DIAB Engineering has died after an incident at the Roy Hill iron ore mine in Western Australia’s Pilbara region on Monday morning.

According to a statement from NRW the worker sustained serious injuries in the incident and was flown to Perth by the Royal Flying Doctor Service for treatment. He died of his injuries last night. ...
