THE Supreme Court of Queensland has ordered Adani to pay $106.8 million to four coal companies over a contractual dispute in relation to Adani's Abbot Point coal terminal in Queensland.
Adani Abbot Point Terminal Pty Ltd was carefully considering the judgment.
The action was brought by Lake Vermont Resources, QCoal, Byerwen Coal and Sonoma Mine over terminal handling and access charges. Justice Jean Dalton deemed Adani had not offered "reasonable charges"...
