Trepang offers to buy Dartbrook properties and water rights

AUSTRALIAN Pacific Coal major shareholder and creditor Trepang Services is offering to buy the Dartbrook property owned by the company in the Hunter Valley and water rights for a combined $32.3 million.

The properties underly Auspac’s Dartbrook coal mine, and the sale would be used to pay off a loan with Trepang.
