AusPac may challenge $1.47M Dartbrook stamp duty bill

AN AUSTRALIAN Pacific Coal subsidiary is considering appealing a $1.47 million stamp duty levied by the New South Wales government for its acquisition of the Dartbrook coal mine in the Hunter Valley.
