Ardmore phosphate sets sail

Sent 500t to a customer. A 5000t bulk shipment expected in mid-October

During September the first parcel of beneficiated phosphate rock was shipped to a customer via Singapore. a shipping container.

Centrex expects its previously announced 5000t bulk shipment to occur in mid-October.

In readiness for this shipment and planned further shipments the company has stockpiled more than 7400t of product in Townsville.

Centrex's fertiliser company Agriflex has also sold 2000t of beneficiated phosphate rock product to an Australian customer on a mine gate sale basis.

During September more than 23,000t of ore was mined at Ardmore.

Centrex managing director Robert Mencel said the first shipment of beneficiated Adrmore ore was a major milestone.
