Bell Rock sells half its Whitehaven stake

ACTIVIST hedge fund manager Bell Rock has sold shares worth $260 million in Whitehaven Coal on Monday after mounting a campaign against the miner’s management over its acquisition strategy and its remuneration at last Thursday’s annual general meeting.
