Organisers said bookings to this leading annual industry event are coming in from throughout Australia with delegates ranging from CEO’s and senior management to mine managers, engineers and technical personnel, as well as sales and marketing.

“Representatives from the major Australian longwall mines including Moranbah North, Crinum, South Bulga and North Goonyella coal mines will be present at this key industry event to learn about the latest developments in this industry and to network with their colleagues,” organisers said.

Delegates will also learn from the international case studies which will be given by Jock Nel and Hento Deale, on the Matla No 2 shortwall mine in South Africa and by Gary Buchan, on the Twentymile Coal Company, US.
