New blood for Joy

JOY Mining Machinery has appointed two new senior managers to work from the company’s Warrendale, Pennsylvania facility.

New blood for Joy

Randy Cooper has been appointed to the position of global product line manager (longwall systems) and will have responsibility for all marketing issues related to shearers, armoured face conveyors and powered roof supports.

 

Cooper will also coordinate engineering, manufacturing, sales and marketing of new longwall products, as well as further development of existing product lines. Cooper has over 31 years of experience in mining operations.

 

Dan Armour has been named manager, sales products and services, managing customer training, service, pricing and technical publications.
